The Notary Appointment and Fees

Bald Eagle Mobile Notary and Signing Services will come to you!  We can meet at a convenient location conducive for conducting business in a safe environment.  We will even travel to a hospital or nursing home to perform the notarial act!  No job is too small or too big.  The type of document(s), time, fees, and location for the notarization will be discussed during the initial consultation.  As stated above the signer(s) must be present and document(s) complete at the start of the appointment.  All services are by appointment only.

***** Do NOT Sign Your Document(s) Yet *****

For the Notary Public to notarize your signature, you must physically sign in the presence of the Notary.  The Notary will let you know when it is time to sign.  This normally happens after all signers have been verified and document(s) validated for completion.  

The basic cost is $5 for each notarized signature, PLUS the Notary Travel fee. There is an additional fee of $5 for each notarized signature if your documents require more than one signature.  

To certify a copy of an original document, the fee is $1 per page with a minimum total charge of $3 per transaction, PLUS the Notary Travel fee.

A $25 fee will be charged if the Notary has to wait for client more than 10 minutes after scheduled start time of appointment.

The Notary Travel fee is determined by the location of the scheduled appointment.  This fee will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of the initial consultation.

***** The Notary Travel fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within an hour of the appointment by the client.  The Notary Travel fee is non-refundable if the notarization can NOT be completed due to the client not meeting all the requirements listed above. *****
